On the move: the latest East Midlands hires
Leicester family law firm Glynis Wright & Co has provided training to two if its staff to help them become a resolution mediator and collaborative practitioner.
Senior family solicitor, Gayle Rowley, has become a resolution mediator.
She said: “I am thrilled that Glynis Wright & Co has given me the opportunity to expand my horizons to become a Resolution mediator.
“Being able to offer mediation enables Glynis Wright & Co to give clients a different way to resolve disputes about money, property or children.
Lisa Marie Leanders
Associate family solicitor Lisa-Marie Leanders has become a collaborative practitioner.
She said: “I was eager to train as a collaborative practitioner at Glynis Wright & Co as the company is known to be committed to offering clients alternative methods for resolving legal issues on the breakup of relationships.
“This has always been in line with the approach I take with my clients wherever possible, to encourage out of court dispute resolution. All too often we see our clients become increasingly upset and hostile as negotiations take place via correspondence or within court proceedings.
“Collaborative law is a different approach, open and fair, where both parties are supported by their lawyer at a series of round table meetings, to reach a settlement that is best for the family as a whole. I am hopeful that I can encourage its use within not only our law firm, but in the Leicestershire legal community generally.”
John Iandolo
John Iandolo has taken on the role of chief sales officer at Adare SEC, the Nottingham communications firm.
His CV includes time spent at Telefonica, HP and Dimension Data.
Iandolo will lead a team across Adare SEC’s four sites in Nottingham, Guildford, Huddersfield and Redditch.
