On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Property consultancy Innes England has bolstered its professional services team with two new appointments.

Surveyor Andrew Smith joins from Cushman and Wakefield, while Danielle Spencer has been appointed graduate surveyor and will be working alongside director Phil Glenn. She will join the firm’s structured Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) training scheme to become a fully-qualified chartered surveyor.

Director Steve Holland said: “We’ve been searching for the right individuals to grow our team for some time and I’m confident Andrew and Danielle will make an impact.
“Andrew has excellent experience and knowledge and Danielle is an ambitious graduate with great potential which will help us to continue to provide an excellent service for our growing client list. Both have great careers ahead of them.”

William Davis Homes has appointed a new sales consultant to welcome house hunters to its newest development, Skylarks in Chesterfield.

Helen Wright-Shaw, a property professional with more than 19 years’ experience in the new homes market, joins the sales team at Skylarks, which also includes Pamela Hollingworth.
