Ted Baker chooses Nottingham firm for IT help desk support

Nottingham-based Retail Assist has won the contract to supply high-end clothing retailer Ted Baker with IT help desk support in the UK and Europe.

Retail Assist will provide first-line IT services for 165 Ted Baker stores as part of the deal.
