Severe delays on M1 after multiple vehicle collision

The M1 in Leicestershire is experiencing “severe delays” northbound between J23 and J25 following a multiple vehicle collision between J24a and J25 closing 2 lanes.

Recovery work is on-going at the scene.

Highways England says road users may wish to consider alternative routes and are advised to allow extra time for their journey.
