All 22 jobs saved as Derbyshire estate agency sold in pre-pack deal

Rowcliffes, the Derbyshire estate agency, has been sold out of administration in a pre-pack deal.

Julien Iriving and John Titley of Leonard Curtis Business Rescue & Recovery were appointed administrators on 19 June after the company suffered from a period of high fixed costs, which meant it suffered losses and a build-up of trade liabilities.

Following a period of marketing, the administrators brokered a pre-pack sale of the company’s business to a connected party, saving all 22 jobs at the firm.

Rowcliffes has been trading for over 30 years in the High Peak area of Derbyshire, and has offices in Chapel-en-le-Frith and Glossop.
