The countdown to the hottest event of the year is now on

The Pulse team at last year's event

Start crossing off the dates in your diaries as the countdown to Nottingham’s hottest property event of the year has officially started.

Once again, The BusinessDesk.com is the official media partner for Nottingham Hot Property (NHP) and each week we will be bringing you an exclusive look behind the scenes and catching up with all the sponsors and partners who make the event possible.

Hot Property is now in its fourteenth year so to kick things off we sat down with Ian Carey, director at Pulse Associates who have been sponsors for the last few years.

Ian said: “We have been attending since Pulse first started trading more than eight years ago and the entire team loves it! The show gets better and better each year so it’s a great opportunity to relax with other property professionals and treat our staff to a fun night out.

“We really enjoy being sponsors as not only does it help support the event but it is fantastic exposure for Pulse as the promotion that comes from sponsoring has definitely contributed to raising our regional profile. The tickets that we get with the sponsorship package mean that we take both staff and clients to the event, it’s one of the few dates in the calendar which we have this opportunity.

“We are also thrilled to be supporting PASIC once again as they are a charity that Pulse has previously supported and they do so much good work.

“The team will all be cheering on our very own Sam Wynn as he makes a return on the drums – we were going to offer to do some vocals but then we sang karaoke on a staff night out and decided to save everyone’s eardrums!”

Pulse Associates is a national consultancy which provides a number of services to development projects. Predominantly, its services include project and cost management.

Alongside Pulse Associates there are eight other sponsors including Millward – the headline sponsor – Couch Perry Wilkes, Samclo Construction, Paragon Interiors, Faithful+Gould, Fraser Brown, CPMG and Browne Jacobson. Joining these are Invest in Nottingham, PR agency Cartwright Communications, design agency Blimey Creative and design and print agency Ginger Root.

Tickets are now on sale via the Nottingham Hot Property website www.nottinghamhotproperty.com and cost £30 a ticket or £25 a ticket for an order of 10 or more tickets.
