Pentland Brands appoints new director in Nottingham

Pentland Brands, based in Nottigham, has appointed a new director to head up its Team Sports (Canterbury & Mitre)

Charlotte Cox, who is based at the Pentland Brands headquarters in the city, is appointed director of the Team Sports brands, Canterbury and Mitre.

Cox has 20-years’ experience across a range of commercial, category, marketing and business development roles. In her most recent role as vice president, strategic customers at Pentland Brands, she led the strategy and team delivering double-digit sales growth across both footwear and active divisions globally.

She said: “Having grown up playing and watching team sports, the category is close to my heart and I’m proud to lead two brands which have outstanding heritage and are synonymous within their sports. I’m looking forward to working with the team, to build our insights and commercial planning capabilities, and getting more people on and off the pitch wearing and using our brands.”
