Staffline swoops for Learndirect business

Staffline, the Nottingham recruitment giant, has bought LDA, the Apprenticeship Levy provider from Learndirect Apprenticeships for a nominal sum.

Staffline says it will integrate LDA into PeoplePlus, its Skills and Training division. The combined business will create the leading adult skills and training provider in the UK, delivering apprenticeships, adult education, prison education and skills-based employability programmes across the UK, and have around a 10% of market share.
