£25m luxury scheme showcased to buyers

A £25m riverside development in Nottingham – The Yacht Club Riverside – has been showcased to buyers during a series of events hosted by developer KMRE Group.

Details of the 81 exclusive waterfront apartments and penthouses, which are currently being built on the banks of the River Trent, were launched at The M Club in London (18 July) and Colwick Hall, Nottingham (9 July).

The new-build residential scheme will feature one, two and three-bedroom apartments from £165,000 and two-bedroom bespoke interior-designed penthouses starting from £400,000.

The development spans 1.5 acres and is being built by Hollycroft Construction alongside Franklin Ellis Architects.

Kam Mogul, managing director of KMRE, said: “Waterside living is becoming increasingly popular for buyers and investors and the response to this scheme has been really positive from buyers both locally and nationally. Upon completion, The Yacht Club Riverside will boast natural surroundings and the penthouses offer a unique outdoor space and stunning views of the River Trent – there are no other penthouses of this calibre on offer in the Midlands currently.

“The development is progressing well with support from the teams at Hollycroft and Franklin Ellis Architects – both of which have really helped us to bring our vision of riverside living to life.”

Andy Dowding, partner at Franklin Ellis Architects, added: “We are very pleased to be working on this prestigious waterfront scheme, which benefits from a stunning location in a newly-developed area of the city.

“The scheme has been designed to complement its surroundings and I anticipate it will be extremely popular upon completion. It’s fantastic to be working with KMRE Group and we’re hoping it will be the start of a long and prosperous relationship.”

Estate agents FHP Living and Pygott & Crone will be marketing the new development jointly.
