Anna Wooster, managing director at Lincolnshire-based renewable energy company Greenio, on how she winds down at the weekend.

How do you relax at the weekend?
I usually spend my weekends clay pigeon shooting, spending quality time with my friends and family – especially my three nieces – and walking my gorgeous dogs, usually with a rhubarb gin in hand!

How many hours do you work at the weekend on average?
Around 5-10 hours, but my weeks are very intense and I work 100mph, so I try and take weekends off whenever I can.

What is your favourite…
Holiday destination? I’m heading to Croatia next week so hopefully that will become my favourite.
Book? The Sell by Fredrik Ecklund.
Album? Any by Ed Sheeran!
Food? Sushi is my new favourite.
TV programme? I don’t really watch any – but I do enjoy a good film on a Sunday evening.
Website or app? Greenio.co.uk! I started the company from scratch in 2013 and I am so proud of how it has grown in those years. We’ve helped so many businesses, schools and even farms take steps to reduce their carbon emissions and save thousands of pounds each year. It’s a very rewarding job.

How do you usually spend Sunday evenings?
After being out with family and friends, I usually snuggle up on the sofa to watch a good film.
