A Leicester recruitment firm is set to double in size after landing a two-year, multimillion pound contract with a city counterpart.

Synergy Personnel Services has secured the contract with fellow Leicester company and retail marketing firm the Impact Creative Partnership.

The deal will double both the revenue and headcount of the recruitment services firm, creating a minimum of five jobs.

Synergy’s managing director, Gavin Dilkes, said: “We are delighted to announce Synergy’s new recruitment partnership with Impact Creative. The news signifies a key milestone in the firm’s development and growth over the last six years, and we are also thrilled to be growing our client-base here in Leicester!

“Impact Creative is committed and passionate about what they do and share our values for success. Our goal is to help Impact Creative strengthen its workforce, continuing its legacy as a leading employer within the city.”

Impact Creative group procurement manager, Matthew Alderson, said: “Gavin and his team understand the importance of their role, and we are pleased to announce our new recruitment partnership with Synergy. The firm’s straightforward and professional approach to recruitment made it the long-term partner of choice for us.

“Similar to Synergy, Impact Creative is also experiencing significant organisational growth, and the demand we have for good people to join our organisation is ever present. We aim to continue forwards as a leading employer within the city of Leicester.”
