Senior team shake-up at Willmott Dixon

(L-R) Stephen Corbett, Nick Heath and Stuart Kerr

Nottigham-based contractor Willmott Dixon has announced changes in its senior team with three long-standing staff taking on new roles in the East Midlands.

Nick Heath, Stephen Corbett and Stuart Kerr will take on new roles as part of the change following the integration of Willmott Dixon Construction and its residential arm.

Heath has been with Willmott Dixon for the last 13 years. He previously held the title of operations director for East Midlands and has now become director of operations for the wider Midlands region.

He said: “I’m very excited to be in this position, which will help our senior leadership team to offer the best possible service to our customers and partners. This new role has greater regional coverage but will also see me a focus on the more challenging and larger schemes. Day-to-day I’ll be working to generate consistency of time, quality and management, both internally and externally.”

Stephen Corbett has been working for Willmott Dixon’s residential arm for eight years and will now take on the role of new business manager.

He said: “I’m really excited to get cracking with this new position. A large part of my work will include building Willmott Dixon’s profile in the East Midlands as well as exploring the private, higher education and blue light sectors.”

Stuart Kerr, who joined Willmott Dixon’s residential arm five years’ ago in the north as operations director, is now working across all of our projects in the East Midlands.

Kerr said: “Although it would appear that I’m doing the same job just in a different area, it couldn’t actually be more different. This will offer a completely new challenge, something I am very much looking forward to getting my teeth stuck into.

“One of the biggest elements of my role will be to collaborate across our two offices in the region, in Nottingham and Rotherham. We want to ensure that Willmott Dixon remains a collaborative place to work and create a bigger collective pool of talent.”
