Office products supplier snaps up East Mids counterpart

Office products supplier, The Bluefish Group, based in Northampton, has acquired Halcyon Office Solutions, which is also based in the town.

The acquisition is the fourth for The Bluefish Group, which sells office products, furniture and printing supplies.

Halcyon Office Solutions has been operating for 30 years and has made a name for itself in the education sector, supplying stationery, furniture, computer hardware and accessories, and other office products to a number of schools and education trusts.

“As well as acquiring clients, staff and assets, this acquisition has also given us a route into two new markets – education and computer hardware.
