On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Fraser Brown Solicitors, which opened its Lincoln office on Kingsley Office Park in June, has expanded its conveyancing team.

Anna Fussey, who has more than eight years of experience in the residential property sector, joins Fraser Brown as a residential conveyancing solicitor.

She said: “When the opportunity arose to join Fraser Brown’s well-established conveyancing team I knew it was a great opportunity for me. After meeting with the existing Nottingham-based conveyancing team and hearing their enthusiasm about their expansion into Lincoln, I was excited by the prospect of helping the team achieve their growth plans.”

Lincoln-based Georgie Lloyd, joins the firm from Andrew & Co Solicitors as a legal assistant with more than five years of experience.

She said: “I’m really enjoying my new position with Fraser Brown and I’m glad to be working in its new office, which offers a refreshing, open plan environment to work in. The team have already been very welcoming here and I’m looking forward to seeing my career progress and flourish at Fraser Brown.”

Conveyancing assistant Kaine Anderson-Price, who has worked with Fraser Brown for three years at its Nottingham office, will be moving across to the new Lincoln office to manage b2b relations in the region and to develop meaningful relationships with existing and new contacts.

He said: “Choosing to move to Fraser Brown’s Lincoln office was the perfect decision for me as it will allow me to gain valuable knowledge of the industry within a new region and to see the company grow first-hand. I’m also very pleased to be working with Anna and Georgie in the conveyancing team, who both bring excellent knowledge of this stunning area and the industry with them.”

Wendy Hooley, partner in the conveyancing team at Fraser Brown, said: “Following the successful opening of our Lincoln office earlier this year, we are now proud to be expanding our conveyancing team in the city. Andrew Cox

Tungsten Properties, the Leicestershire-based industrial and warehouse development company, has appointed Andrew Cox as development director to join its four-strong property team.

Cox has 21 years’ property experience and has joined from Rigby Group where for four years he was development manager covering their airport and real estate portfolios. Prior to that he worked at Bayliss Management, St Modwen Properties, Donaldsons and King Sturge.
