Law firm in tune with nightclub owner’s refinancing deal

An East Midlands law firm has helped The Deltic Group, which runs the Pryzym nightclub in Nottingham, on a bank refinancing deal.

The banking and finance team at Leicester-based Spearing Waite advised Deltic on the refinancing of a loan and revolving credit facilities with HSBC.

Deltic says it will use the cash to invest in its 65 venues across the UK.
