Iconic Worksop building up for sale for £300,000
An iconic Worksop building is up for sale by auction.
The Bracebridge Pumping Station will be sold at a Mellor & Beer auction with a guide price of £300,000.
The building, which is Grade II listed, has a guide price of £300,000 and has planning consent for a two and three storey extension and alterations to bring forward 24 flats. The current building of the original pump house and chimney would be incorporated into the designs.
Built in 1881 Bracebridge Pumping Station was part of Worksop’s new sewage system.
