On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Accountancy firm RSM has appointed 12 new recruits across its East Midlands offices in Nottingham and Leicester, among 57 new trainees taken on across the central region.

They will begin their careers within the firm’s tax, audit, corporate finance, risk, restructuring advisory, financial reporting and IT teams.

Richard King, office managing partner at RSM in Nottingham said: “I am delighted to welcome this hugely talented group of new trainees to RSM in the East Midlands. Our vision to be the first-choice adviser to middle market leaders globally relies on attracting and developing new talent across every area of our business. We aim to provide all those who join us from school or university with the support and opportunities to develop themselves and their careers, and to make a valuable contribution to our business.”

Maksim Bessonov

Aftermarket manufacturer BM Catalysts has recruited a new export sales manager as part of plans to expand its distribution network across Europe and further afield.

Maksim Bessonov joins BM from Leeds-based firm Ring Automotive.

BM Catalysts’ commercial director Mark Blinston said: “The arrival of Maksim comes at a time of great momentum at BM Catalysts. This year we’ve seen significant growth in our export business and we expect to continue this momentum.

“Joining just ahead of Automechanika Frankfurt, Maksim’s experience working in international markets across the world, particularly the CIS region, will be invaluable as we look to develop our distribution network further.”
