Fashion retailer expands into Market Harborough

A fashion retailer is expanding into Market Harborough after a property deal brokered by SPACE.

Acting on behalf of Merlin Properties Limited, SPACE has let 48 High Street to Sabre Retail Fashion trading as Mint Velvet to bring forward an extension to the ground floor retail trading area. The new store now extends to over 2,000 sq ft.
