Facilities management firm takes former intu building

Facilities management firm Facilitas Group has moved into a 2,500 sq ft office building in Nottingham.

The deal for the Huntingdon Street office was brokered by FHP Property Consultants on behalf of Intu Properties and came about after intu moved its centre management operation over to the Broadmarsh Centre.

Thomas Szymkiw, of FHP’s office team agreed the letting. He said: “178 Huntingdon Street is a highly prominent building located in a fantastic location adjacent to The Victoria Centre benefitting from a modern fit out and also offering fantastic car parking facilities to the rear – a rare find in Nottingham city centre.

This is the third letting I have agreed with Facilitas Group and I am pleased to have assisted a local company again with its continued expansion.”
