Gin brand chooses Nottingham as new headquarters

The company will move into the former Prezzo unit

A new gin brand has chosen Nottingham to be its new headquarters.

Juni 93 will move into the former Prezzo unit on Low Pavement over the next few months. The company’s Juni Gin Lab, Restaurant & Bar will give guests the opportunity to make their own bottle of gin, while enjoying a Balkan/European food menu and unique cocktails.

FHP Property Consultants brokered the deal after Prezzo moved out of the unit as part of its CVA process.

Jack Shakespeare acted on behalf of the landlords. He said: “It’s great to see a new and exciting concept coming to Nottingham and for Juni 93 to choose this city for its UK headquarters. I understand they will be not only be serving a vast array of cocktails but offering a small plates menu along with a fully operating Gin Lab in the premises as well”.

Tom Masters from Juniper 93 said: “From finding the site, all the way to completion, it has been a smooth process which when launching a new gin brand is exactly what we needed, and we are grateful to FHP for their willingness to work with us. We look forward to welcoming everyone to Juni soon and being able to showcase gin in a way Nottingham hasn’t seen before.”
