Manufacturer moves into 108,000 sq ft Chesterfield warehouse

Strata Products has moved into a 108,000 sq ft warehouse at Park Road, Holmewood in Chesterfield.

Acting on behalf of Urban Logistics, property consultancy Commercial Property Partners (CPP) brokered the deal following a comprehensive refurbishment of the building, originally built in 1991.

Strata Products manufactures a wide range of home and office, garden and baby products for the UK and worldwide markets and is one of the major suppliers of watering cans, water butts, compost bins, decorative planters and growing accessories in the UK. The company, which was awarded The Queen’s Awards for International Trade in 2016 will be using the building for storage and distribution.

We have had a constant stream of tenant interest since Tangerine vacated which demonstrates the strength of location, building quality and the buoyant demand within the logistics market.”
