On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

(L-R) Hannah Baldwick, Chris Williams, Adam Kingswood, Sarah Judd and Kristine Princa

Nottingham-based lettings and management firm, Kingswood Residential Investment Management, has made two new appointments.

The firm has recruited Kristine Princa, an experienced residential property manager. She will oversee all aspects of management of Kingswood Residential’s properties across Nottingham and Mansfield.

Joining Princa is lettings negotiator Hannah Baldwick. New to residential lettings, Baldwick joins the company as a trainee following the completion of her university degree.

Owner Adam Kingswood said: “Kristine brings a wealth of experience and relevant understanding to our company and with Hannah we’re looking forward to offering her valuable experience in the industry and seeing her grow as a professional. Both have already made a great start and huge impact, and I’m pleased to have them on board to help further develop the business. It’s clear that both share our company values of delivering a personal and tailored service to our clients and I am therefore confident that they will play a pivotal role in the future growth of the firm.”

Sam Starling

William Davis Homes has created a new role with the appointment of Sam Starling as marketing manager.

Starling’s working background includes 18 years with Derby-based Parry Catering Equipment and the past two and a half years with Avant Homes Midlands Region.

She said: “I’m very excited to be the first person to take up this role and feel privileged to be in a position where – I hope – I’ll make a positive difference. Assisting in the successful sale of our homes, the wide variety of my tasks and dealing with different departments within the business are what I enjoy most about my job.”
