Off-plan sales success for Derby agent

Birchover Sales and Lettings says that more than 50% of the apartments at the Kings Crescent development have now been sold off-plan.

Kings Crescent includes 45 apartments and two town houses, located just north of Derby city centre on Duffield Road. The crescent is being constructed to look similar to the classic crescents seen in Bath and Leamington Spa and has a mix of studio, one and two bedroom apartments. Two town houses are also being built facing Edward Street.

All of the studio and one bedroom apartments have now been sold, said Carl Bridge of Birchover, who added: “Interest is strong in the remaining two bedroom apartments and especially the penthouse apartments. Both town houses will also be released on sale shortly, with the opportunity for the buyers to influence the design of the ground floor living space.”

Kings Crescent is on track for completion in May 2019, with residents moving in during June 2019.
