Rolls-Royce wins multi-million pound order with Kuwait Airways

Derby manufacturing giant Rolls-Royce as landed a multi-million pound deal to provide Trent 7000 engines for a new fleet of Kuwait Airways Airbus A330-800neo aircraft

The Trent 7000 is the latest member of the Rolls-Royce Trent engine family and the exclusive powerplant for the A330neo.

John Kelly, Rolls-Royce, senior vice president – Middle East and Africa, Civil Aerospace, said: “We warmly welcome this announcement by Kuwait Airways and look forward to continuing our long and established relationship with the airline.”
