Residential development land on the market in Northants

Residential land agents at Harris Lamb have been instructed to sell a 2.7-acre site in Northampton with permission for 21 new homes.

The Glebe Farm site is located in Weldon, near Corby, and already has planning permission for up to 21 properties, landscaping and associated infrastructure at the site,
