20,000 sq ft of office space up for grabs in Derbyshire
Refurbishment work to transform the former St Mary’s Nursing Home in Ednaston is set to bring forward 20,000 sq ft of managed workspace when it opens next month.
Located off the A52 between Derby and Ashbourne, Ednaston Park is a period property dating back to the 19th Century set in 18 acres of gardens.
The building, which was operated as a nursing home until 2016, was bought by developer CWC Group in September 2017 and has been the subject of a major refurbishment to turn it into modern office accommodation.
Ednaston Park will include 20,000 sq ft of space in the form of 32 office suites ranging in size from 54 sq ft to 526 sq ft.
Lucy Delaney has been appointed business centre manager, while Ednaston Park will be managed by CWC Group, which recently relocated its headquarters there from Brailsford Hall.
