Lincolnshire development land on the market

The land just outside Louth

New homes are set to be built in Lincolnshire as land with planning permission for up to 171 properties has been brought to the market.

Fisher German is marketing a 23.97 acre site off Brackenborough Road, in Louth.

The firm is acting on behalf of the landowners and land promoter Northern Trust to sell the site and is now inviting bids from interested housebuilders.

Matt Handford, of Fisher German, said the site will bring much-needed new homes to the market town.

He said: “Louth is a sought-after market town in Lincolnshire which is currently in need of new housing.

“The area features a number of services and amenities, and the site is within walking distance of various sports and recreational facilities.

“The large coastal town of Grimsby is located just 15 miles north of Louth and boasts a variety of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities.

“Louth also has excellent transport links to nearby towns and cities including Lincoln, Sheffield, Doncaster and Leeds, making it a good area for commuters.

“We are now inviting interest from developers and look forward to seeing the housing scheme come to fruition.”
