72,000 sq ft spec warehouse takes a step closer

How the scheme will look

Work has started on the speculative development of a 72,000 sq ft unit at Castlewood Business Park, near Junction 28 of the M1.

CWC is building what will either be a warehouse or production unit at the site. It will be ready for occupation by Q2 of next year, says the developer.

Agents for the scheme are Tim Gilbertson of FHP and Ranjit Gill of Savills.

Gilbertson said: “Our client’s proactive approach here needs to applauded. We have had great success over the years on this site with any number of high profile distribution and manufacturing occupiers on site where bespoke units were created. While we still have over 30 acres of land left for bespoke development for occupiers to purchase or rent, our clients are also speculatively building this fantastic warehouse or industrial facility which will be available to buy or rent with occupation offered in Q2 2019.”
