On the move: the latest East Midlands hires
Tom Prestwich has joined Adare SEC, the Nottingham communications firm, as chief operating officer (COO).
Prestwich joins from Communisis, where he was director of its Group Change programme and formerly head of transactional operations. He specialises in productivity improvements, customer on-boarding, transformational performance and client satisfaction.
He said: “I’ve been impressed with how Adare SEC has already approached ways to improve communications for its clients and to enhance the customer experience. It’s something I’m passionate about and I’m incredibly excited to be part of the company’s transformation and enhancements.”
Malcolm Holmes
Leicester’s BS Handling Systems has expanded its team with the appointment of Malcolm Holmes as key account manager.
His role will see him help deliver and manage projects for clients, as well as assisting with new business development.
He said: “Moving to the materials handling and logistics industry is a big change. The fundamental principles around providing great customer service, however, are the same, so I know I can bring a fresh vision to the business.
“What greatly attracted me to BS Handling Systems is its focus and ethos of putting the customer first to deliver the best solution possible.
