Failed direct mail firm’s HQ up for sale

The former Sunline buildings

The former Loughborough premises of failed direct mail business Sunline Direcr are up for sale.

Three warehouse and factory premises with office space are available for sale in Loughborough through commercial property experts Mather Jamie, following the closure of Sunline earlier this year.

The company’s former head offices, on Cotton Way and Weldon Road in the industrial area in the north of the town, cover more than 50,000 sq ft over three sites.

The company blamed the introduction of GDPR earlier this year for going under.

Alex Reid, director of Mather Jamie, said; “This trio of large, well located properties offer plenty of space, modern facilities and excellent transport links, making each site an attractive proposition to growing logistics and warehousing firms, whether bought separately or together.”
