25,000 sq ft Science Park office building takes a step closer

Plans to build a 25,000 sq ft office building on Nottingham Science Park have taken a step closer.

As well as he lettable office space, the new building will be home to 1,000 sq ft of conference space/meeting rooms, a café and associated facilities, underground parking and a further parking area next to the building. The café will serve the rest of the Science Park and act as a communal hub space.

Nottingham City Council’s director of planning and regeneration has recommended the building, which would be built on 4.5 acres of land next to the city’s Tennis Centre, is passed when the Council’s Planning Committee sits next Wednesday (21 November).
