Board changes at PKF Cooper Parry
Accountancy firm PKF Cooper Parry has made three new appointments to its board.
April Bembridge (chief people officer), Abi Bown (chief digital officer) and James Parnell (chief finance officer). At the same time, Ade Cheatham and Jeremy Bowler have been reappointed as chief executive and chair respectively.
Cheatham said: “Since the Board was last restructured 10 years ago, this business has changed dramatically. The firm is now three times the size and needs to be able to move more quickly and decisively. The new Board reflects the diverse talent, views and thinking needed to keep powering the business forward.”

The new eight person Board line-up is: Jeremy Bowler (chair), Ade Cheatham (chief executive), April Bembridge, Abi Bown, James Parnell, Andrew Honarmand, Richard Jones and Peter Sterling.
