On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Shital Koria

Financial services broker, Midlands Asset Finance (MAF), has appointed a new relationship manager to cover the Leicestershire area.

Based in Syston, Shital Koria has joined from Lombard where she worked as a relationship manager. She also spent ten years as a business manager and service quality manager at Royal Bank of Scotland.

She said: “I’m really excited about what’s in store at MAF and can’t wait to get stuck in.”

“Dave & Sue [the directors] have really set out a vision for the company and are surrounded by a team of highly experienced and talented people who share that same vision.”

“I’m looking forward to building upon existing relationships and working on new ones with clients throughout the country.”

Koria is the ninth appointment of the year for MAF.

Anthony Ware

Sleaford Quality Foods, the Lincolnshire-based high-quality ingredients supplier to the food industry, is set to expand its overseas sales after appointing Anthony Ware as export manager.

Ware will head up the export division mapping out priorities and opportunities for overseas growth at the company for the next five years.

He said: “Having established a wealth of international expertise, companies began requesting for me to look after their export activities and I subsequently worked for two companies as their export expert before joining SQF.”

“The opportunity to join SQF is very exciting as I will be shaping their export strategy. To continue and build on the success which we have achieved here in the UK we have a great opportunity to enter new markets overseas and build long term partnerships in the manufacturing and food service sectors. I’m looking forward to taking my past export experience and shaping the export strategy at SQF.”
