26,000 sq ft office block sold to residential developer

A 26,000 sq ft former office block in Mansfield has been sold for a seven-figure sum to a residential developer.

FHP Property Consultants acted for owner Telereal Trillium on the sale to an unnamed buyer.

Hill House is a former Job Centre Plus building used by the Department for Work and Pensions until its relocation earlier this year.

The property has been sold with planning consent secured by Telereal Trillium for the conversion into a mix of 45, one and two bedroom apartments.
