Notts-based consultancy changes name
Nottinghamshire-based consultancy, Penny Strutton Ltd, has changed names after a rebrand.
The firm is now called Think Forward Consulting in a move that owner Strutton says will “better portray her holistic approach to organisational development”. She will now also be using the Lumina Learning suite of tools.
Strutton set up her consultancy in 2011 and has worked with a range of businesses, both in the UK and overseas.
She said the ethos of Think Forward Consulting is the same as it has been: ‘to transform business through people’. As the driving force, Penny thrives on creating solutions for businesses – helping organisations to get the most out of their people and helping people get the most out of their work, and Think Forward encapsulates this.”
She said: “We are so very pleased with our new branding and website. Making the change to Think Forward represents how our business has grown where we are now accommodating more clients and their bespoke business needs. People are at the core of every business and our expertise in organisational development and use of the Lumina suite, combine to help business leaders get the most out of their workforce. Our new website looks great and the fresh bright creative is reflective of the innovative and authentic approach we take with our work.”
