Technology company, DeltaNet International, has moved its 35 staff into purpose-built offices at Loughborough Technology Centre on Epinal Way.

Spanning two floors, the freshly refurbished space will host the company’s workforce which provides compliance and health and safety eLearning solutions to more than 700,000 users worldwide.

The news comes after the company reported annual revenues have increased by 40-50% year on year – with export income accounting for 30% of turnover.

DeltaNet International was founded in 1999 by managing director, Darren Hockley, and today provides online learning services to more than 750 organisations across the globe.

“We’re proud to employ local talent,” said Hockley. “We expect growth to continue and have relocated to bigger offices to accommodate this trend. In the next 12 months, we can expect to create at least 10 highly-skilled new jobs, and a further 20 the following year.

“We’re a forward-thinking company and innovation is a natural part of the industry we work in. Our continued investment in our staff will help us to deliver cutting-edge products to our clients throughout 2019 – and beyond.”

DeltaNet International is known in the community for building links with local educational institutions, and for its charitable work with Rainbows Children’s Hospice. The company often provides work-experience students the chance to develop key skills and has hosted University summer internship programmes. Recently, Hockley attended a students’ careers event hosted by the LLEP at Leicester Racecourse, and the company also offers graduate-placement positions with real training and development opportunities.

Hockley added: “As a learning organisation, we’re happy to support our employees along their journey. Our people are the driving force behind our success.”
