Experian signs new £1.6bn credit facility
Experian, the Nottingham-headquartered credit information services giant has signed a new five-year revolving credit facility worth £1.5bn.
A statement from the firm said: “The new facility extends the maturity of our committed funding. It re-finances existing facilities totalling $2.06bn (£1.6bn) which were due to mature in 2020 and 2021 and have now been cancelled.”
The new facility was self-arranged by Experian and has been provided by a group of thirteen leading international banks. The key covenants are unchanged from the facilities which are being replaced.
