Offers in for logistics firm in administration

The administrators of logistics firm Prolog have received a “number of offers” to buy the firm, TheBusinessDesk.com has been told.

Prolog is a provider of warehousing, distribution and logistics services, with 618 employees based at two sites in Nottinghamshire and Suffolk. Mazars was appointed administrator in late November.

The company is continiung to trade, said a spokesperson for Mazars, without any redundancies.

In a separate development, a company called Prolog Fulfilment Limited has been set up which directors in common with Prolog.
