Senior promotions at recruitment firm as revenues break records

Frontline Recruitment, which has offices in Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Mansfield, Hull and Weymouth, has made two senior promotions on the back of record revenue figues.

From 1 January 2019, Lauren Allen and Karen Barker will be taking up new positions as regional business directors.

Allen steps up from business manager in the firm’s Nottingham office having spent nine and half years with Frontline, while Barker is promoted from branch manager in Derby. She has been with Frontline for six and a half years.

The news comes as Frontline enjoys its best-ever year, with turnover rising 25% – breaking through the £15m barrier – and staff numbers rising by 23%.
