On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Adrian Twelvetrees and Enterprise Loans CEO Quammar Zamman

Enterprise Loans has appointed Adrian Twelvetrees as its new senior investment manager after Neil Millington announced his retirement.

Twelvetrees brings more than 30 years’ experience in the finance industry after working for a major high street bank, starting off as an office junior and working his way up to senior bank manager. He will work closely with the senior team and be in charge of managing the loan fund.

He said: “I’m delighted to be joining the team and I’m excited about my new role as I think it will really utilise my skillset. I was attracted to Enterprise Loans as it looks to support start up businesses and budding entrepreneurs.

“The company has grown significantly over the past few years and I look forward to supporting the business advisors and the senior team to help shape the firm through its next phase and develop even stronger relationships with local businesses.”

Mark Morgans

Mark Morgans has been appointed as IT and ERP (enterprise resource planning) manager at Derbyshire-based Blachford UK, a manufacturer of acoustic components for industrial and agricultural vehicles.

He joins Blachford from a Sheffield-based stockholder and processor of alloys.

Blachford said: “The vision and direction of the company attracted me to both Blachford and the role. It is a great opportunity to be an integral part in Blachford’s journey to becoming a world class manufacturer.

“Having previous employment in both the manufacturing and transport sectors, gives me a wider understanding of the Blachford business model and the exciting opportunity to become the leader in its field.”
