Financial recruitment firm launches Nottingham office

A financial recruitment firm has opened an office in Nottingham with the promise of creating 10 jobs this year.

Woodrow Mercer has opened an office in City Gate East in the city. The firm was set up in 2012 by by managing director, Dan Ostrowski.

The new Nottingham team is made up of finance recruiters Danny Greene, associate director, who joins from Robert Half and Aaron Briggs, senior consultant, who joins from Forsyth Barnes.

Greene and Briggs will also be recruiting internally throughout Q1 of this year, with ten more experienced recruiters from across the East Midlands expected to join the company by Christmas, 2019.

Ostrowski said: “We have been looking to set up a finance division in Nottingham for some time and were immediately attracted to the very consultative and strategic services offered by Danny and Aaron. They will be able to provide a unique service alongside our current operation.
