New jobs as Derby firm launches auto division

Derby-based Tidyco, a supplier of hydraulic and pneumatic products to the UK rail industry, has launched a new auto electrical division.

The firm says the expansion has created new jobs with brothers Lea and Russell Boulby joining the team.

Mark Newman, Tidyco Hose Doctor director, said: “During last year’s strategy meeting, we were tasked with developing proposals for expansion by thinking both creatively as well as laterally. Some great ideas were shared throughout the two day session whereby the concept of introducing an auto electrical division was introduced.

“The new service offering is a perfect fit for many of Tidyco’s existing customers and will also create opportunities for additional client acquisition.”
