On the move: the latest East Midlands hires
JLL has hired Jordan Fendick to its Midlands rating team.
Fendick joins as associate director from Cushman and Wakefield. He will work with national director Pete Fullam and his team.
Fullam said Fendick was highly thought of in the industry and that he welcomed his enthusiasm and professionalism.
He said: “It’s fantastic to have been able to attract Jordan. It is a credit to the business that we continue to gain top talent and that the company is recognised as a place to fulfil ambitions and offer career progression.”
Charles Ridley
Edward Cooper Young Chartered Surveyors has appointed Charles Ridley as business development manager.
Ridley, a qualified chartered surveyor, was previously an associate within the practice working within the firm’s service delivery team and will now be responsible for co-ordinating and generating new business leads and opportunities.
Based from the firm’s HQ in Loughborough, he will also be managing new opportunities from its London and Sheffield offices.
Senior partner Ashley Cooper said: “This new role is the next part of delivering the firms overall strategic business plan. It will allow a full time focus of targeting and managing new Client relationships. I’m also pleased we have managed to recruit internally from within the ECY family. Charles has a chartered surveying background and knows the industry, but more importantly the core value of the business – it will only benefit our clients and the practice.”
