Funder hires new East Midlands director

ThinCats, the Ashby de la Zouch SME lender to mid-sized SMEs, has apppointed Sam Lewis as its new director of regional business development for East Midlands.

Lewis has more than 15 years’ experience in banking and corporate finance, with spells at Lombard and RBS Corporate.

He said: “It’s great to be joining ThinCats at such an interesting time. We are seeing many SMEs turn to finance providers like ThinCats to support their growth ambitions. As a regional SME itself, ThinCats understands and is providing the opportunity to effectively support SMEs in the short, medium and long term through a variety of flexible financing structures.
