Property consultancy opens Derby office

Chartered surveying and construction consultancy firm Adair has opened a Midlands office in Derby and appointed a regional head.

The new office will be led by Rachel Titley, a chartered quantity surveyor with more than 20 years’ experience in property and construction. She joins from Arcadis. Her past clients include banks, insurance companies, legal firms, utilities, government organisations and public services. She specialises in the refurbishment and new build of sustainable commercial offices and mixed-use facilities.

Titley said: “I’m very excited to become part of Adair and to be able to deliver projects and grow networks in the Midlands while being based in my home town is a special opportunity for me.”

Adair’s other offices are in Epsom, London and Gibraltar.
