Tesco sells land to developer

Opus North, backed by Palmer Capital, have bought 8.4 acres of land in Worksop, Nottinghamshire from Tesco.

Opus North says it is currently exploring options for the use of the site, including potential residential and retail development.

Andrew Duncan, managing director of Opus North, said: “We are pleased to have secured the site from Tesco and look forward to working with the local authority exploring the different options available for the use of the site and continue our investment in Worksop.”
