A46 blocked after multiple collisions
In Leicestershire, the A46 is fully blocked southbound between the A5630 and the A50 near Anstey due to multiple separate collisions.
Highways England says Police and Traffic Officers are working to clear the carriageway.
Delays of over one hour are now being measured on the approach. Highways England is advising commuters to allow additional travelling time if heading towards the area.
