Rolls-Royce offices sold in £11m deal

Rolls-Royce’s offices at Jubilee House on Pride Park, Derby, has been sold for £11.15m.

The 72,837 sq ft headquarters office building has been bought from Railway Pension Nominees by an unnamed local authority. Knight Frank represented the purchaser in the transaction and Savills acted on behalf of the vendor.

The Jubilee House office is a significant administration and office centre for Rolls Royce and is the global administration centre for the company’s HR, finance, procurement and group property functions with approximately 300 people employed within the building.
