On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Goodman Financial Group has appointed Ewan Clarke as its second sales director.

Clarke joins the group from his most recent role as regional sales manager in specialist finance at Aldermore Bank.

Managing director Paul Goodman said: “Both I and our other sales director, Stefan Radymski, have worked with Ewan in the past and we’re delighted he chose to join the team. We have a shared drive to do all we can to get the best deals for clients and I think our wide panel of lenders was one of the reasons Ewan was tempted to make the move.”

Clarke will be based in Grantham and will focus on clients across Lincolnshire and down to Cambridge.

Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking has added to its team of relationship managers.

David Langridge and Neil Smith have joined the team earlier and will focus on healthcare businesses across Staffordshire and Derbyshire.

Ken Garvie, area director for Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking in Staffordshire and Derbyshire, said: “According to our latest Healthcare Confidence Index, optimism among healthcare companies has risen, with many now looking to push forward with expansion plans.
