Construction giant nmcn has taken a 13,000 sq ft premises on Evo Park near the M1 in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants and NG Chartered Surveyors.

Charlotte Steggles of NG, working with joint agent FHP, brokered the deal with nmcn (formerly North Midland Construction) to take the 13,256 sq ft Unit 2 at the Evo Business Park in Annesley.

Charlotte Steggles of NG, said: “Sherwood Park is one of the regions’ premier mixed used business park locations housing a number of well-known occupiers such as Rolls Royce, Eon, Loreal and Pro Logistics. The addition of NMCN only enhances its reputation as a centre for blue-chip companies. This has been a satisfying deal to work, with our client the landlord working proactively with the new tenant to ensure that Unit 2 was exactly to their specifications. We wish NMCN all the best with their new premises.”

Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants added: “The North Nottinghamshire office market has seen a net take up year on year for the last 3 years straight and office availability has decreased substantially on Sherwood Park. The perception of an oversupply of office space in the North Notts market is quickly becoming a thing of the past. We’re delighted to bring such an excellent quality occupier to Evo Business Park, who join the likes of Infosys and Nottinghamshire County Council to build on a strong tenant profile for the estate.”
